If you have a Toyota FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, or Lexus GX and are looking for a heavy duty replacement for your factory control arms or want to fine tune your suspension, this rear link set with DuroFlex Joints will meet your needs. All of the links in this set are slightly longer than stock to account for small lifts (3.5″ or less) and are also welded at both ends for maximum strength and durability. These will not rip out on the trail and leave you hanging like some of the adjustable options on the market.
The DuroFlex Joints also require next to no maintenance! Which is why you won’t find a grease fitting on the end for grease. If at some point you start to hear a squeak, it’s not hard to pop out the joint and add a little lube. No special tools required. These are perfect for those that live in an area where they salt the roads in the winter. The salt is absolutely terrible on heim joints and Johnny Joints.
MetalCloak Duroflex Joints
MetalCloak has taken the best features of the most widely used control arm joints and combined those features to create the Duroflex Joint, producing a Low-Maintenance, High-Misalignment, Self-Centering, Rebuildable Joint with an OEM quality ride. The Duroflex Joint is a self centering, high misalignment bushing, made from a rubber compound that offers 68 degrees of articulation. This is roughly 18 degrees more than the Currie Johnny Joint.

HEAVY DUTY LOWER LINKS
All of our heavy duty non-adjustable lower links are offset at the axle end to help prevent binding at full articulation and gives you a smoother sliding surface when on the rocks.
All Resz Fab non-adjustable lower links are made from 1.75″ x .313″ DOM U.S. made steel tubing with grease fittings at each end(with the exception of the Duroflex Joint). Welded to the middle of each tube is an e-brake bracket with a welded M8 nut on the back that uses the existing bolt.
OFFSET UPPER LINKS
Whether you’re looking for a replacement for your worn out factory links, want to get your pinion angle closer to factory specs after a lift, or have issues with your other aftermarket links hitting your gas tank from a long travel rear suspension, these non-adjustable offset upper links will meet your needs. These upper links with DuroFlex Joints are made roughly 3/16″ longer to account for a 3″ lift. If you’d like factory length, please specify in the notes.
Resz Fab non-adjustable upper links are made from 1.25″ x .120″ DOM U.S. made steel tubing.
EXTENDED PANHARD BAR
The RESZ Fabrication panhard bar is perfect for those looking to center their axle after installing a small lift on their FJ, 4Runner, or Lexus GX.
These non-adjustable panhard bars are made from 1.25″ x .313″ DOM U.S. made steel tubing. The polyurethane housings on both ends are made from 2.25″ x .250″ DOM tubing with threaded holes to accept standard 1/4″ grease fittings(included).
All of the links in this set come with a limited lifetime warranty. This covers the tubes and polyurethane bushing housings. It does not cover the bushings or zerks(grease fittings)
