Protect your new Ford Bronco with our frame mounted heavy duty rock sliders. These are built in-house at RESZ Fabrication located in Northeast Ohio, using American made steel. Our rock rails are built from 1.75″ x .120″ DOM tube, 3″ x 2″ x .120″ rectangular tube, and 2″ x 2″ x .188″ square tube. The frame plates are CNC cut from 1/4″ thick hot rolled pickled & oiled steel.
Since there are next to no threaded holes in the frame, we use a combination of holes that run through the frame, OEM threaded holes, and rivet nuts (“Rivnuts”). While these aren’t 100% bolt-on, they do require some drilling into the frame (see warranty note below). The passenger side will require the most holes to be drilled as the gas tank sits just inside the frame making it very difficult to utilize existing holes in the frame. We will provide all the necessary hardware (3/8″ & 1/2″ grade 8 bolts) including the rivnuts (3/8″) and rivnut tool to get these mounted to your Bronco.
*Warranty Note – Before making these we contacted both our local Ford dealership and Ford corporate headquarters to make sure the new holes that needed to be drilled wouldn’t void the factory Warranty. Both replied with “no, that will not void the factory warranty.”
