All RESZ Fab FJ Cruiser bumpers are made with a 1/4″ thick frame and 1/8″ thick outer shell. Shackle mounts are 1″ thick and are welded to both the frame and outer shell. The hoops are made of 1.75 x .120 DOM steel tube and are reinforced with gussets that run about 3/4 of the way up the hoop. In addition to the 8 factory mounting bolts, we’ve added 2 more for extra strength. One on each side of the frame. All V2.5 FJ Cruiser bumpers are built to house both integrated and non-integrated winches up to 12,000 lbs.
The RESZ Fab V2.5 bumper is perfect for those that want to install an integrated winch such as Warn’s Zeon line of winches. The V2.5 was also designed to line up with the metal fenders as apposed to the plastic fender flares for those that like their FJ’s without flares.
- These bumpers will expose the windshield washer tanks on 2010+ FJ Cruiser’s. There are several options. Leave it, paint it, cover it, or relocate it.
- The NEW style shackle mounts with 2 holes(top and bottom) are NOT to be used simultaneously. This could damage your bumper and/or frame mounts of the truck.

**Powder coating holds no warranty from defects. Powder coating is NOT damage resistant. We try our hardest to prevent damages to the powder coating during shipping by packaging items accordingly. When it comes to bumpers and other items that aren’t boxed, we use multiple layers of foam and stretch wrap to absorb medium impact/contact. Due to its heavy nature some freight handlers will push and/or drag these items around their trucks which can cause damage to the coating in spots.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product and then file a claim with the shipping company.
